Chaoyu Fu
Grad Student
Chaoyu studied his undergrad as a biologist at Zhejiang University, China. He joined MBI as a Ph.D. student to get trained as a mechanobiologist in 2016. His research now focuses on the biomechanics of cell-cell contacts and the role of receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) in regulating it. He now uses the cell doublet model and collective cell migration model to answer his questions.
